The #SprayitForward campaign that donates sanitizer to communities in need OmniProtect’s #SprayitForward campaign with Siya Kolisi, Amanda du-Pont and Dr Kanaris has been donating surface sanitiser spray to communities in need over the last few months. Here is some of the work that has been done recently. For Mandela Day, OmniProtect sent cans of sanitizer to Independent Media to donate to the Ramokonopi Community centre in Katlehong and Kalafong hospital in Pretoria. Amanda du-Pont, with OmniProtect and Sandton City, donated 1000 litres of sanitizer to the clinic QualiHealth in Alex as well as Sandton City vouchers. She also donated sanitizing sprays to Bethany Home, a home for abused women and children. Dr Kanaris and OmniProtect donated sanitizer cans to Kliptown Primary school in Eldorado Park. Even with some schools opening and others closing, whether by government regulation or due to positive cases, it’s important to ensure that our children get an education – and OmniProtect is able to assist in that process. OmniProtect, together with Siya Kolisi, the Kolisi Foundation and the DHL Stormers, also donated 3 months’ worth of cans and food parcels to over 50 ground and kitchen staff. This, in particular, was a cause close to the rugby captain’s heart. OmniProtect is a hand and surface sanitiser spray that does more than protect people against germs; OmniProtect is actively working to assist those who need it most during the pandemic.
