How to remove permanent marker from almost anything

How to remove permanent marker from almost anything

The kids are almost back in school, and that means permanent marker stains! Here’s how to get rid of them with hand sanitizer.

Clothing and upholstery
To remove permanent marker from fabric or upholstery, use your 70% alcohol spray hand sanitizer. Put a few paper towels between the stain and the other side of the item, if possible, to prevent the stain from spreading. Spray your hand sanitizer liberally onto a washcloth, then dab carefully on the marker stain. Add more if necessary, dabbing until the stain disappears.

Skin
Kids come home with new “tattoos”? Use alcohol spray hand sanitizer to gently remove their artistry. You can also try shaving cream, baby oil, or rubbing alcohol.

OmniProtect Sanitizing Spray is an alcohol-based antiviral sanitizing spray that you can use safely on your skin and surfaces, which allows for effective and even application from up to 15cm away. OmniProtect supplies bulk sanitizer and handheld room foggers in convenient aerosol canisters.
